it is multi-purpose tool in PR (warrior excluded). It can destroy inf with cannon and armor with ATGM.

The PR equivalent of a TD would be the ATGM vehicles. Dedicated vehicles to killing tanks.

IFVs or APCs have other primary roles such as infantry support or transport. Any AT capabilities they have is within this context, primarily as a defensive counter-measure.
