Default Dead pixels?

Hey today I got on opened pr then theres these dead green and blue pixles that change locations every like 0.5sec. I tried removing gem but nothing worked, also restarted my pc.

Can you make a screenshot and a photo of your monitor? That would determine if you are having monitor issues, GPU artifacts or it's something with the game (That last one I doubt).

Your graphics card is failing it seems. Reinstall drivers and try other directx 9 games. If issues persists, I'm afraid your gpu is done for.

It works fine with other games but I’ll see later if any updates are required.

It’s a GeForce gtx 980ti, but it appears that this problem is gone and I don’t know how.
