Cameras (Part Deux), New Sounds and Napalm Update.

Hello everyone, hope you all had a good new years.

Continuing to the previous dev blogs, I've worked on fully implementing rotatable cameras that can be controlled with WASD keys for all MG's including in vehicles among many things including implementing new sounds, tweaks, bug fixes and new features.

Cameras:

In the upcoming v1.7.5/Soviet Release update, some MG camera's have been adjusted to work better - such as centering the M2HB camera, various mounted MG's having centered versions like the MG-34 on the SdKfz 251c Halftrack which fixes visibility and annoyance issues with gameplay.

(Note: The SdKfz 251c is not featured in Merville)

With all MG's corresponding to overhead and sight view, there are two rotation settings.
Overhead which allows you to look left and right at a 65-degree view, and sight view (right-click) which limits the view by 32-degrees for balancing. This has been applied to all Mounted and Stationary MG's in the game including Deployable HMG's.

For heavy emplacements such as the ZIS-3, Pak 36/42, 76mm M5 - the freelook camera from vBF2 is used to allow you to hold 'Ctrl' to move your mouse around. This doesn't work in all weapons sadly due to the way certain weapons are setup.

For SPG-9, you can hold Ctrl and D to only look back at the barrel. Vanilla Battlefield 2's Freelook system doesn't work well with this weapon due to the way it's setup. Static cameras can be setup but it can cause issues with selecting weapons.

Additionally, all jeeps with side mirrors now have a rear camera view mode added to them - increasing visibility, adding immersion and fixing a few issues with certain vehicles.

Sounds:

A few weapons and vehicle sounds have been replaced like the Gewehr 43, ZU-232.
The Dirt and Motorbikes get a more realistic horn sound, same with the Forklift.

(Note: Forklift isn't featured in any maps sadly)

Coding/Effects:

Finally, the Napalm received a quality-of-life improvement in the effect and projectile category, plus a bug fix.

Napalms uses the flame effect settings by PiratePlunder, so they look more realistic instead of being twisted like they are currently in-game.

Projectiles stick to trees which was previously disabled, now enabled.

Detonation setting has been added to make napalms lethal when getting too close to the flame which dead-deads an enemy:

(Note: The US M67 Tank isn't featured on Charlie's Poin- *shot*)

I can't wait for this release to happen and everyone plays our changes - there's so many bug fixes, improvements as usual and I'll see you all on the battlefield!

Thank you very much. Great game-play improvements! On MG seats; do your rotating and side panning/leaning appear on 3-person animation and hitbox?
