first aid kit

Why can't you heal yourself with your own first aid kit in AAS, INS and Skirmish modes? It's a pain to heal yourself with bandages when you're a medic.
I understand that you can only do that in COOP mode, but why not in the other modes?

Prevents vanilla Battlefield 2 gameplay when someone shoots you, and you can just pull a first aid kit to infinite heal.

In COOP, it's important because bots don't know how to use a first aid kit like in MP so it operates like how it is like in vBF2 which is the game our mod is based off (before v1.3 standalone).
