Win 10 Project reality Updater keeps crashing

My mate is having issue with the updater as is will crash half through with the update, it soes not say it has been completed and reinstalling the game has done nothing for him, could any help me out

There are many possible causes for updater crash. Try these

• Run launcher as administrator.
• Make sure your antivirus is not blocking anything in PR install folder, your %APPDATA%\Project Reality or %LOCALAPPDATA%\Project Reality folders.
• Make sure you have at least a few gigabytes of free disk space available on the drive where you installed PR.
• Close all other applications to get as much available RAM as possible.

Yo thanks man, my friend turned off his antivirus and it worked!
