v1.8.0 Backup cameras for all vehicles?

So I noticed that many more vehicles received rear view cameras last patch. And I love it! I'm left wondering, why dont all vehicles have them? Especially armored vehicles with historically poor driver views like the BTR, BMP, BRDM, Bradley, Etc. I know that some have commander views, but in the case of the BTR. BMP, and BRDM, the commander view has the same limited range of motion. And many times I'd prefer a proper rearview camera for parking and backing up, than rely on shoddy commander view.
