Kill Messages in game

For some reason, I am able to see kill messages in game and dont know why

What file is the kill message toggle in? I'm thinking its either in the menu folder or localization.

After I DL'd a trainer map i get this prob can someone help

I have a similar problem. I can see enemy names in red when they are close or if I zoom on them for a long time with a scope.

That's not a bug

Or at least it isn't as long as the tag won't pop-up in like 2 seconds.

@OP:
That's weird. Do you get this only while playing on on-line servers as well ?
