Default SVD accuracy

The SVD's MOA values ingame are a complete joke. You can't even hit stuff reliably only 100m away with settled deviation. It is so bad that you are actually better off intentionally aiming next to your target because of the ridiculously high spread.

Agree. Their was a time when for me SVD was the daddy, now it's accuracy and stopping power is a joke, how and why only God knows. It seems you have to aim a little to the left in order to keep hitting targets, but saying that it's still is unpredictable.

Also my experience that SVD is inaccurate for a Marksman rifle.

I guess it's not that accurate in real life but if you can't hit things at 100 m, well. I have also experienced it.

It's actually very accurate, but the sights are misaligned. Aim slightly to the right and above target. Devs should realign the sights.

Tons of sights are misaligned.

Nearly every armored vehicle sight is offset, except for some ATGM sights.

It's a capable rifle in real life but lacks accuracy in greater ranges as well as good enough optics.

If there are so many misaligned sights, why are they not getting fixed?
Don't get me wrong, i am certain the DEVs work hard as demonstrated by the new updates and their many great new content and mechanics.

But shouldn't something like this be worked on just as much?

Don't know either, thought it was obvious since forever. If you use assets for any extended period of time you can tell they don't fire exactly where they're supposed to. Don't need a crosshair to tell that.

Then again, at this point all the people who have noticed it are already used to it and the people who aren't... miss at long ranges because of it ))
