About PRTA
PRTA is an Alliance of several clans communities, squads and groups of players in PR.
We all have decided to join together to help each other improve PR, Promote PR, play great games of PR or just have someone to hang out with.

No really, what is PRTA?
PRTA, was created around an idea that running communities or servers alone is hard and unfair. PRTA is basically several groups of players that rally behind one banner, and organize themselfs to create events and epic gameplay on the PRTA server.

Events and matches
Anyone in PRTA can organize an event, they can simply start a thread in the correct forum, request media support and organize so it runs well. PRTA will assist. Same goes with matches.

Members and Allies
Any group of players that wish to join PRTA may apply. Members get reserved slots and similarly switch rights on the PRTA servers. Leaders gets access to various server support and hosting, aswell as using our teamspeak including of course the slots and switch rights. Join one of the existing units in PRTA!

PRTA is proud to announce the first Battlefield 3 Teamwork night, on the first of June at 18 PRT/UTC.

The server will be unranked, to allow us to alter the settings even more, and make the gameplay more tactical. The new settings will make hardcore look like softcore, with new settings like higher respawn time, for both players and vehicles, longer man down time to give more time to revive, and minimal HUD.

Teamspeak 3 will be mandatory to join in the event, to compensate for the lack of VOIP. TeamSync was tested out, but it seems to not work very well, and due to that we've decided to just use regular TeamSpeak.

Much like in seeding in PR, we'll start out with small maps and gamemodes, like TDM etc. until we get enough players for rush and conquest. Those who help seed will get a reserved slot, which will come in handy if you lose connection when the server is full, and you get stuck in the bottom of the queue.

If this goes well, the server will be kept for a longer period, and we'll try to keep it running with the same settings to allow people who enjoy to play BF3 more tactical, a place to play.

We in PRTA belive in teamwork to enjoy a great game. We have alot of dedicated community members who spend alot of time working on improving it. If you wish to help contribute then join us, we allow people to start various projects of kinds.
