The dog tag after intro continues to spin

Hey guys,

So the problem is when im trying to reach online game, after the intro the dog tag just starts to spin and music starts to play, ive been waiting for like 2 hours and nothing happened. Ive done some things support technicians told me to do but it didnt help. Offline works normally. I checked the antivirus and reinstalled the game, but it didnt help. Looks like the game just dont wants me to play it.
