OK I've got 1.5.30 installed why is it tellling me to install 1.5.20? This is a new computer and first action was to install PR. When I installed on my other computer there was no problem so why is this happening now NOT HAPPY

My system is currently on 1.5.3.0 and is asking for 1.5.0.0 I've already done 1.5.1.0 to 1.5.2.0
How far back is this going to ask me to go. I've already done a complete re-install thinking that was the problem then found this link. Need help, I'm not a computer guru so not sure what I am doing.
