Default [QOL] Adjusting game.lockfps in PRLauncher

Hello,

I noticed you have increased the maximum frame rate during matches from 100 to 200, which indicates you have at least some sort of ability to manually adjust this

If you manually adjust the limit by using game.lockfps during a match it will reset itself to 200 for the next one, meaning people like me (I might be the only one for all I know) who want the frame rate locked at a custom value have to do this at the beginning of every round.

How much of a hassle would it be to add a setting in the launcher that lets you lock the frame rate permanently, if it is at all possible?

What is the reason to lock it to a specific value? Going above 200 might result in BF2 handling inputs weirdly and if it is for V-Sync there is a dedicated option in the Launcher.

To minimize input lag with a G-Sync monitor, I lock it 3 below my refresh rate.

We can add an option for that, but it will be low priority as it kind of is a true first world problem . I will add it to the backlog
