Making a PR shortcut

I usually have shortcuts on my desktop turned off because i'm too lazy to organize and theres just too many of them :P so thats why i didn't check to make a shortcut ok my desktop, but now i want to have one in my Quick-Launch by the start menu instead of having to start regular BF2 up then closing it down to load PR. I put one of the icons there i just need the target of what its supposed to open. I searched through program files for a PR.exe or something like it but could not find one. If there is another way of getting a shortcut that would be great too.
