Ok guys unless you can code model and export a weapon your self they already have idea set up for 0.86 and 0.9 will be the last big patch so if you want to really see it in game go dl 3d max and get started because you way be good at it by 0.9

0.9 as the last big patch does not mean that the devs would plan to scrap PR but just that they want to do more often smaller updates to be more flexible

For the Iraqi Insurgents a Tabuk sniper would make more sense. Tabuks were produced in large numbers and continue to see use among both the Insurgency and Iraqi forces.

Pure speculation but the picture of the SKS in Iraq is likely the result of someone welding an SVD dovetail mount to the side of the receiver - not a common configuration.
