v1.3 Changing settings kills Driver

Description:
Today on Silent Eagle Cq Std I played as German tank squad and when our friendly tank was repairing at German main he said he instantly died in the tank as soon as he changed some settings in the main menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
Not really sure he didn't specify just said that it happened after he changed some settings in the Main menu options.

I've never seen or heard of this before so it might be worth looking at.

He could have been bleeding and did not know it.

When in the heavy bleeding state (Blurred, black and white, obstructed vision), the black and white effect disappears when entering a vehicle, though the player is still bleeding. Bug is known
