GAME CRASH AND SENDS TO DESKTOP

After my game has finished installing, the launcher starts up fine. I set up an offline profile. Install the necessary updates for it and attempt to Play.

Problem is when I do this it just shows me a black screen then crashes, showing the message.

I am running it with a new laptop from late 2015:
8gb Ram
Windows 10
i5-4210U Processor 1.7Ghz-2.4Ghz
1366x768 at a Refresh rate of 60 (Native settings)

Please help! It worked on my old Windows 7 laptop and I can't wait to start playing again :C

Your resolutions don't match.

Game set resolution on the launcher options and what your computer is set to run at.

go to launcher support copy and paste here to confirm.

You will be only able to play PR on integrated video card. What your display are running: Display Device(s): Generic PnP Monitor on Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.
For some reason pr check your what card your display runs and try to run on it but gets deny because your laptop have dedicated card to that and controller switch to nvidia or amd card that you have. I didn't get or find any answers here for now .

There will be a way to force onto discreet, Google it.

I have just run PR on coop only on what was one the cheapest laptop in 2008 if it runs on that it should at least get into a map with anything better.

I put up my specs in hardware sub forum, I had to run a direct x installer to make it work though.
