tryed compatability modes all with same result im a bit lost as to where to go next when i tab out then back in all the hud is gone no spawn screen ect any ideas anyone ?

Used to happen to many people on win8. Wasn't aware it was still a thing on win10. Make sure you have the least amount of overlays or any injectors as possible.

No real fix except indeed ctrl+alt+delete and tabbing back ingame.

will get some screenshot next time i try again tryed tabbing in and out about 50 times in a row hud never came back did read the windows 8 issues so tryed the same

Are you running RivaTuner by any chance? I kind of had the same issue after updating to latest version of RTSS. No HUD and not able to ALT+TAB was the issue for me.
Unticking "Custom Direct3D support" in RivaTuner fixed it.
