v1.7.4 Muttrah Flag Bug

When on an uncapped flag, various players see the cap at a different levels of capping. The other day driving up the main east road from MEC main, as we passed the mosque, different players in the trans truck saw the flag at different cap levels. Some saw it at neutral and others saw it at one bar. The game had just started and we hadn't capped south city yet. The flag will show properly when capped. I have also been the only player on a neutral flag and it will show capping even though it isn't (it will get stuck at 3 bars). When others join me on the flag various players see it at various levels until it caps.

I have only noticed this on Muttrah but it may exist on other maps.

I have confirmed this bug with many regular players in game in Mumble.
