Show UAV in the asset list

It's confusing when forces that usually have the drone lack it on some maps, and there is no way to know in advance. On Dovre NL commander always has to explain the team that he can't spot for them.

This is definitely something were looking into doing eventually. Would lower the Commander barrier to entry. Won't be a blocker for a patch though, will either be added or won't have been done yet.
