Problems Installing PR V0.5

i spent about half a day or so DL'ing PRv0.5

and when i click teh Exe nothing happens

ive opend up taskmngr and it says its running but no setup appears on my screen,

i was also wondering, do i have to have the first basic version of PR to install the new one?

or can i just install this,

back to topic.. yeh its really confused me, becuase this mod looks cool

and id like to play it ASAP,

any support would be greatly appriciated, thank you for taking your time out to read my post
