I did a quick google search and it seems pretty inconclusive whether it works or not, some people were claiming it works fine while others are claiming it's giving them BSOD's. So i guess it could work and there is one way to find out(Install it) but just keep in mind, the program was not written for vista so it may have some major compatibility issues that you could run into.

I think I'll try flagging the bf2 files (Large address aware).
Maybe that will help... |

So I had to undo it and now I can only hope for the next BF2 patch to introduce flagged files... | |

its nothin you can fix with hardware, its just the way it is till the team fixes it. got the same problem, especially on 64 basrah. after 1 round the lag disappears so it seems to have to do something with "caching" the map.

As I explained, I managed to fix it, it worked perfect right on the first loading up...just punkbuster doesn't cooperate.
