Ah, now this is a pleasant surprise. I've thought a lot about how great it would be to have a vietnam mod... Guess that wish is coming true. But one things guys:

Please don't make it a complete 100% shrubery maps. My experience with EOD2 is that while it's cool to fight in the jungle and all, AI bots automatically see through light cover. Of course, it's not much of an issue if it's not gonna be a coop map.

Nice job, I looks forward to seeing an M60 grenadier

I made an account just to say how awesome you guys are, i was always facinated by the vietnam war and the closest realistic game to that war was vietcong, but pr is going to change that now

And some must haves for this mod imo are : A whistle, tunnels, boobytraps, napalm, thick jungles, realistic sounds and new firebase parts. Anyone else have some must haves ?

Not being a kill joy, but have the ARVN voices ever been re-done? Currently (EoD wise), they say "AMERICAN SOLDIERS! THERE!" which obviously, is not the faction they are fighting.

do people still play the original EoD for BF1942? I feel like installing 1942 again just to play EoD, but idk if people still play it or not. I dont wanna waste my time installing all of that, downloading all the patche for 1932, and downloading the mod.

Is there a way to check the 1942 server to see what servers are running the mod?

So...is there a release date yet? If not, about when? i am very happy for the next two PR mods.
