Did you try to pain over again? To correct those issues? It looks like a problem with the grid.

The black spots are only an editor problem. It should look fine ingame.
The misaligned colour textures can either be fail dds compression (which you have to fix manually) or sometimes it can be fixed once final lightmaps are applied (actually I think the light maps only effect baked roads). |
