WHY IS CIA HOSTING DOWNLOAD UPDATE??? Definitely slowest server to do update on. I am waiting it to crash lol

Previous updates downloaded within 10 minutes for me (even the huge updates.)

The speed is jumpier than a kangaroo!!!
I have Comcast and A local ISP (For family business, 150mbps... Tried it... Jumpy too)
Comcast 100mbps. Jumpy too. Should I just download from downloads section???
