Can we pretty please release the level files in a passworded rar file first? I can't wait to play but everyone can get into the action much quicker if we have to download less on the day!

Accounts on FilePlanet are free. If you are a FilePlanet subscriber you don't have to wait in a queue. As far as I know, download speeds are not capped for non subscribers.
