Knife them? That's a real good idea, Clypp!

Half a clip would be fine, don't want it going over 2 rounds.

Also think you should only be able to plant 1 rally point per Squad, the last replaces the first and each officer kit is allocated to the person who requested it - I think mine get's stolen lol.

i would agree with you guys. it should be not much to take these out they got too much HP, really breaks the flow of an attack....

we see what everyone thinks..

Destroying rally points:
It should be easy. Can you DEVs make them sensible to knife/grenades but resistant to gunfire?

Minimum distance between two rally points:
If it is codeable, why not?

rally points have really increased a number of spawn campers in game.
some camp rallypoints. some main bases. because low distances to them when you put rallypoint close to enemy main. this is really bad in Operation Pheonix. because you can hide very easily in those fields

is there a way to do something that you cant put up a rally point far from your current objective maeby even so that you can put it only MAX 150m radius from your current objective.

one thing also would be great and changes the gameplay a lot. when your squadleader dies after that the rallypoint vanishes. so keeping a squad leader alive is more important

I disagree. Rally points have actually decreased the spawn camping. And it really depends on where you put it. Don't be stupid and put it in the open and not asked to be spawn camped. And if you are spawn camped, then just spawn somewhere else. It is the same thing as before, except that the enemy doesn't always know where your spawnpoint is and you can move it.

And just shooting the rally point would make it lose some of its value. "Specialist" or guys with nades should have to blow them up as it is now, or else people will just spot a rally point across the map and shoot them, which takes no skill. The slams, C4, and nades have to have some other use besides killing people.

The rally points are fine as they are now. Don't want to spawn on your rally point? Then spawn on your SL. You got three choices of spawn, so there is not reason you should be spawncamped besides the occasional mishap.

^^^^^^^^^^^poster above. 150km away is not an option. It is already had as it is to put them down semi close to a flag radius(friendly or enemy), and 150 would just be too much. You would also get more whiners in here complaining about how they want more action. If you are a SL, then just place it 150 away if you like.

1 example. there is a squad surrounding enemys RP allmost everyone has nades. but no one will destroy it. well i am spec op ill go to RP but slam in top of bags, so that squad saw id do it, they tk'd me and everyone went very close that slam and i got 6tk's.

there is also squad leaders who dont use RP's because they dont want to or dont know how to. and sometimes you cant get out from that squad

well apc camping is always drivers fault so it does not bother me.

well i hope that situation will get better after few weeks when those vBF2 "n00bs" gets tired for teamplay.

and in Hills of Hamgyong as pla could come situation where your only otion is to spawn in RP if you want to go back in game. because bunker and that other place sp's can be destroyed

i think the spawn camping is not a issue here, as your spawning on the front lines, and theres plenty of over spawn points if your rally points been over run

i love the places people are putting these bags, its great seeing players use their initiative with their placement.

but ive seen alot of people place them in walls or other statics or even in the floor, i think both the solutions posted here could fix the problems ie placed 40m from a flag or other rally point(60m+ is too large)

i dont think shooting them is the right way to go, but i do like Clypp's idea of knifing them, as it would be too easy just a shoot them especailly if theres a sniper or support gunner near
