PR is easy to install. Before you needed to buy BF2 ( a game no longer being sold ), download 2x patches for bf2 and then install PR on top of this.

Now all you need is to download PR and install it. Easy.

Nice post Nate. NEW server has been really effective at running good PR gameplay with a huge influx of new players. Great job.

Hi there I'm a relatively new player, I just installed PR 1.3 and I have registered and all that good stuff. But when I click on "Play" in the menu, it verifies my files and all then crashes. I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Please help?

I'm new to PR..and PC gaming in general, however I do love military simulators..or military games in general. So when I get the file downloaded and installed..and actually start playing..if I wind up on anyone squads...have patience, I'll suck for awhile, oh and no worries...won't be taking any assets in the near future. I have a hard enough time flying or tanking in BF4 on the PS4...lol. Also..is there some sort of basic training type of server for new recruits to the game?

If you want to get some feeling of the game, I suggest you join a COOP server before you go into deployment.

Yea, I found that option last night, just going through the menus and such. It's nice to be able to setup your own game with bots, so you can mess around and get a feel for the different roles and such without the worry of totally messing up an actual round and ticking someone off lol.
