Re: M1114 Humvee
Zemciugas, I suggest you contact one of the Asset Managers and ask them what needs to be done.
Asking them directly would be your best bet if you'd like to see something you've created be put in PR. Off the top of my head, I know OPFOR is in need of the most lovin' at the moment. PR Asset Managers: [R-DEV]fuzzhead [R-DEV]Chuc [R-DEV]Katarn |

Re: M1114 Humvee
Just wondering if anyone knows this, so the uparmoured hummer gets new armour only on certain bits? windscreen, turret, doors
so if you shot say...the hood of the vehicle from a rooftop with a RPG, it would do as much damage to a up armoured hummer as a down armoured hummer? |

Re: M1114 Humvee
Given that RPG-7 can cut through more than a foot of RHA, I highly doubt an extra layer would make much of a difference in case of a direct hit. But every little helps.

Re: M1114 Humvee
I guess its essentially a 'botch' job, you can only put so much extra weight on it without making serious changes to the chassis. Most of the armour seems to be around the crewmen, not really to protect the integrity of the vehicle i.e armour on the doors and for the gunner.
