i'd go with a regular hardware failure, probably mobo

hey, i checked out my mobo, it looks like everything is in working order. it is all a bit dusty tho, ill clean out my pc, maybe that will make a difference, thanks for the info.

allright, i finally fixed this problem. it turned out that my harddiskdrive was overheating with temps up to 56 degrees celcius. a silmple 1 buck harddiskdrive cooler fixed it for me.

I have the same problem. All my games freeze from either 2-30mins
Have changed graphics cards same problem New PSU. Same problem Clean out dust same problem If anyone has any idea at what the problem is. I would really like to know Any help is appricated. |

You can test for overheating issues by opening your case and putting a large fan (12"+) blowing into it. Play and track the time it takes to CTD.
It's fairly easy to 'mod' your case for extra fans. All you need is: Elc. drill 1/4 drill bit 3" bi-metal cup bit some extra fans cheep from some place like Computer geeks or Newegg One across from your video card blowing in and maybe one on top of the case blowing out. Good luck |
