Cheers, and ye if I realized when I started this tut was going to be so big I would have used thumbnails, I might put them in but it would be a huge amount of rework to do it now, although anyone else is welcome to do that

For now once its finished loading and its failed loading a few, you have 2 options, one is to force reload each image individually or you can press F5 to refresh (not force refresh ie, shift+F5) and then it should load the images not loaded thou will struggle a bit.

All the way down to lod 5 !!!I didn't know you could go beyond lod 3 for bf2... Next time use thumbnails if your tuts gonna be so long As every time I load the page takes 2-3 mins.

I have yet to reach a limit on how many LODs you can have, if anything the limit is probably 9 lods but your going to need a really good reason to have 9 lods hehe.

and ye, going to change the tut images to thumbnails once its finished.

Right guys this tutorial is now finished and complete with thumb nails so hopefully it wont crash anyone's web browser any more hehe

Let me know if you find any images that seem out of place, the thumb dosen't link to the correct image or if there is no images at all etc in any bits and I will fix them. Had to replace ~500 images with brand new code all by hand so there is most likley one or two mistakes in there

Cheers

While it will be in the PR files, no maps will have it on it unless a mapper is going to quickly add it but doubt they will at this stage.

Thanks for this, Rhino. I actually just got 3DSMax a few days ago and I've started off by making objects with all kinds of overlapping geometry and whatnot so this will definitely help.
