Probably won't work. I doubt you can assign different models based on Scope/BUIS configurations, otherwise they would've untrashed the AK-74M BUIS 4 years ago.

Same view, so through scope, but no zoom.. Although that would probably work, won't that be really confusing? Especially since the anims stay the same. I dunno, might feel all weird..
Sometimes I fail to see why parts of the dev team are so hesitant against adding more functionality to the game for the sake of gameplay. We're not talking about unrealistic stuff here, it's actually not that weird to have your eyes further away from the optics when scanning your surroundings or using reflex sights in CQB.

"It's weird because the magnifier is still in the way", pre 1.0's PKM had scope level zoom without a scope, was that an issue?

VTRaptor: but i only stopped for less than 10 secs and that fucking awesome dude put 2 of them
]CIA[ SwampFox: well my definition of glitching is using an enemy kit to kill the enemy
Just_Dave: i have a list about PR players, and they r categorized by their skill
Para: You sir are an arse and not what the game or our community needs.
AlonTavor: Is that a German trying to make me concentrate?
Heavy Death: join PRTA instead - Teamwork is a must there.

FYI, the front sight becomes really blurry to the point of almost being invisible when looked at through a magnified optic.

Don't see anything confusing about that at all to be honest. There's a lot of stuff that feels all weird in this game, we're used to it.

Take it easy, I'm not against it, just wonder what it looks like. And if it's clear enough for others that haven't read this thread - because people will wonder why the heck the weapon doesn't have zoom, simply because they pushed 'c' when they didn't mean to.

Easy milsim filter, makes them want to quit the game because of lost immersion and frustration.
