Make double sure you don't have any other anti viruses except for the default windows defender and uninstall the anti virus you mentioned.

I tried launching it offline and it crashed. But still, when i launching it online, it still worked normally so far.

When i playing at home and using house Wifi, it worked properly. But when i playing it wherever i go but not at home and using mobile hotspot or public Wifi, it just showing blackscreen.
