Why is there a single tank trap there?

In this global echonmic climate, cuts are being made everywhere and since the Russians only had enough in there budget for one tank trap, they worked out that, that single point was the most likely place a tank would land if it's going to land anywhere on the beaches, it would be in that small, exact spot

Yes, but not until next patch. The harrier is not finished yet apparently.
