I have a BattlEye folder in THEGRUNGER/AppData/Local/ArmA2 OA/BattlEye

And here in...

Steam/SteamApps/common/arma 2 operation arrowhead/Expansion

...I only have "Addons","beta","dta","Keys","ijl15,dll"

and nothing with BattlEye!

My game version is 1.60.87580

What do you mean by RC or MP Beta?

You mean PR? If so I downloaded 0.15 from the website here.

Umm that is strange. Folder Expansion\Battleye should be in arrowhead folder.

Please verify your game cache trough steam application. Something is wrong there.

Or just try running BeSetup.exe in arrowhead folder.
