No. Graphics cards don't bottleneck CPUs. A weak CPU bottlenecks graphics cards. Not even going to mention chipsets and PCI-E bandwidth.

Get a second 7700 if you're only looking to spend a little.

I mean, I don't think you'll get that much of a performance boost with 150 bucks, really.

Just save up?
