i have it on because have other things to worry aobut most the time, you know? like where the heck the rest of ym squad is, why my A-10 cover/cobra cover just took my whole squad and myself out, why my A-10 pilot crashed...

I have always had it turned off. Pressing the R key when I hear the click has been saved in muscle memory, it's subconscious now.

I leave it off because their are more times when i ran out of ammo and it made me reload at a time that i was trying to switch to my grenades. Besides, it's fun when you mow two guys down and you are happy with yourself, then you see a third one come around and click!! The rest is history.
