1.3 is not released yet. It will be soon though and no you don't have to buy anything, not even bf2

PR:BF2 v1.3 is NOT released yet. It will be released later this week. You can find more information here:

When it is released you will be able to download it from our website here.

There is no update available from v1.2 to v1.3 . When the new version is released you will have to download the full game.

You do not have to buy a cd key for Project Reality. It's free

Just download v1.3 when it comes out and you will be able to play.
