Re: Bamyan
I have very low FPS too, my PC is total shit, still the worst performance of any map i had so far though.
I think the asset balance is really good and i really like that there finally is an insurgency map wih an A10 again. Like others said taking off with the A10 is very dangerous, it could make it barely off the ground even when i taxied right to the very beginning of the runway to take off. The map overall is really beautiful and has a new unique look not seen before in PR, very nice map indeed. Good work and thank you for this great map! |

Re: Bamyan
I can agree that the runway is a bit too small. Due to the new A10 flight physics the A10's ass clips a bit in the ground while taking off.
Adding 20m to the runway would be dope. |

Re: Bamyan
Runway too short
FPS too low Would work better as INS, with taliban If AAS, needs either more assets or more cover Overall, too simple and not enough detail/cover for what it is |

Re: Bamyan
- Shitty fps
- map is to big , I think you can make the map way smaller and compacter - View range is to far - needs more detail/cover |

Re: Bamyan
I really like the Iron sights vs Iron sights scenario.
At first I thought it was the dumbest thing given the huge map. However then I got to play a full round Sunday night that was awesome. I noticed on the map, that squads were engaging allover the map having different experiences. The INS actually had more than a chance, very balanced, with the nice natural features and large hills, almost moutains, they were able to get in close to us from past 600meters away. We were under constant threat on our far out fortified hill top. If everyone had optics then the INS wouldn't be able to get in close at all, and would be constantly picked off. The map increased the value of the roll of Sniper, Spotter, and Marksman in a squad. This was the first time I actually had to utilize a Spotter because trying to watch the range 600m out there were too many areas all around us to keep an eye on, and we still had engagements right in close and out on opposite hill tops. I've always hated the idea of spotter in PR. Also, as the PR-Sniper, I've rarely had such a diverse area to operate in, it can be pretty one-dimensional as far as the "range" you cover. Usually PRSnipers just perch up somewhere and cover one area. NICE JOB with this map! Its already one of my favorites! Thanks! |
