What about the Type 56-1? It is the most used weapon in Syria by both FSA and shabiha.
FSA: Shabiha: It is easy to do just replace iron sights, minor changes and different wood texture, and maybe add more scratches on the whole rifle. |

As promised the Placeholder WIP AKM and AKMS
What I did was take the AK74 of PR, use the AK47 mag and removed the muzzle flash together with a very small texture edit. For the AKMS I used the AK47S stock. AKM: AKMS: Feel free to provide feedback on model and texture. Should be able to do a few more edits without much issue giving it's not too difficult. |

By shabiha I meant SAA, that's how the Syrians call them.
Type 56 is used very widely by both FSA, SAA and al-Q. It is for sure most common weapon in Syria. I also found few wrong things with your AKM/AKMS models: 1. Delete this part from both models: It is lock for folding stock for AKS-74. 2. Change wood furniture, because one from AK-74 looks differently than from AKM. AK-74 wood: AKM wood: 3. Change iron sights from AK-74 to AKM. AK-74 have very different iron sights from previous AKs. 4. Change dust cover from flat into curved. 5. AKM have shorter length than AK-74 and it in general has different sizes. In my opinion it is wrong decision to make AKM model by basing on AK-74, because AKM have more in common to AK-47 than to AK-74. |

There are probably hundreds or thousands of AKM models floating around the internet. I'm sure if you asked around you would get permission to use some of them.

There are so many AK models in game and I can barely tell the difference between any of them. Kinda like how FH2 has so many sherman tank models. Not in a bad way of course.

Bull has textures I think. Might just save you a LOT of hassle asking Mr.Rifleman. He let the PR team use his TT33 so I am sure he would allow you to use this. |
