Its more cumbersome to do while you are driving, and I'm not sure it really improved anything.

I don't know why it was a priority to change this anyway?

Did it bother anyone in any way that the mini map was visible while driving or gunning?

Ever smacked into a tree and glitched out because you were busy checking your map while driving? It's just as bad as texting and driving.
