Mistrals are not American carriers and they can not support fix wing jets. For that, you would need to make complitly new carrier static.

We could use the british carrier and modify it abit to allow the tail hook to actually work and mean something. (Unrealistic but who gives a shit rn, we've been having russians on a cargo boat for years!)
