Good man.

Send a PM to H.sta. The NF developers have a forum of their own. Detail shots of stuff like the CV90 and Multi MBs are hard to come by, so that sort of thing would be helpful.

Oh, and off topic: What's "MUAS"? I've applied for a position with KavEsk at Setermoen, and the name of the position had something about "MUAS" in it. As far as I could find out, it has something to do with PO ("pansret oppklaring"/armoured recce) - but I've no idea what "MUAS" means.

FETT. MUAS er UAV.
MUAS = Mini Unmanned Aerial System.

Huh. Guess mil.no intranet search function failed me when I tried to find it. Never been all that interested in UAVs - prefer boots-on-ground-rifle-or-OP-binos-in-hand work myself - but being part of something new and experimental is always good, I suppose. Here's to hoping I get the job! (And make sure you mention that you might just know of a sergeant that's currently looking for work if anyone should mention free positions up there in Brig N )

I guess the commander UAV is realistic for the NF as well now, then.

Few questions regarding kit (more PR related): are you lot issued dump pouches with those flashy new Bear IIs? What's the status on optics? ACOGs issued now, or just Aimpoints + 3x magnifiers? M77s only or do you get the Alfa Jeger boots as well?

I PM'd you about it. Don't feel like revealing real army-stuff to civilians online in case I say something wrong or illegal.
