if I make a new soldier from scratch, many problems will be with him ?

Given nobody on the team can export them yes, it's useless. Work. Adding beard could work with kit geometry

would be stupid to look when a player throws a kit and loses the beard , but if consider that the enemy faction can not play with the that kit , it would be within the friendly faction is normal , although sometimes funny and stupid , but if you do not mind , I would add a beard in the kit

Or ask the FH2 team for help, they have way more experience with custom soldier models.

If "select and move" is invisible, press 'x' to make it visible again.

has solved the problem , the problem lay in the fact that the function Snap Toggle 2.5 has been activated

Do you plan to add civilians to this faction or will it be exclusively fighters? Because recently ISIS fighters shaved their beards to flee Fallujah as it was about to fall to Iraqi troops, so it would make sense that dropping a kit would make the player lose his beard.
