Love when i shoot first in tank then get hit and our gun goes down to a front shot. Epic. Love it when 1 lat to the front disables tracks, gun, coax and smoke launchers. Epic. Love opening crates on CSGO, better RNG rates than this epic feature.

Smoke launchers are not meant to be disabled. If it happened to you in a vehicle, please create a bug report.

Imagine if tanks couldn't track the gun of other tanks. It would remove the stupid meta of camping engine off because first shot always wins unless RNG saves you.

Combine that with the new gunner lag compensation (which is amazing btw). The tank pushing would actually have a chance if the defending tank is not perfectly angled and tank vs tank might be a lot less static and boring than it is now if you didn't always have to worry about losing your god damn gun to one hit.

Make only ATGMs track vehicles but with 100% probability. ATGM front = Gun Tracked, ATGM side = Tracks tracked.

- Tank v Tank is fun again
- TOWs now are a threat without killing the tank at all times (but making it rtb)
- HAT now is a threat, being immobilized might mean death
- No RNG

Might actually be a good thing, since there are a lot of cons related to driving around with ATGM loaded.

- Harder to shoot aircraft
- Longer flight time than AP
- Bouncing / getting hit might ruin your shot

Quick solution to this is make it so tanks can't lose their gun unless HP drops below 60%. Thus front AP won't take gun down unless tank is already damaged.

Was actually reduced from 80% to 65% yesterday.
We're thinking later on of maybe delaying gun disabling - So if your gun gets disabled you can still operate it for a minute while some alarm on the UI is warning you about it.

The reason the RNG stuff stays is that we want LATs to be at least somewhat effective against Tanks but rarely be able to actually destroy them. With delaying gun-disabling there'll be no RNG in tank fights.

There's still no easy way to figure out what type of projectile hit the vehicle. I do have a working proof of concept server hook for it but I rather finish other things first.
