Alright still don't know exactly why only few pieces went wrong, but removing the colorLUT.dds from the shader files solved the problem, and yes it was without the smoothing, see the pics, much smoother now...



about the wheels polycount, don't worry I'm just following other models, the smooth do a little trick with the lighting so it look round even with 12 sided

See, cylinders with 120, 20 and 12 sides, you can’t tell the difference looking at it a few meters away, even more when its on the move...
