Is the Coyote equipped with a laser designator IRL or just a rangefinder?

when saying stuff it's best to say where you get the information to ensure accuracy etc

Army Guide - LAV-25 Coyote, Reconnaissance Vehicle

The fixed brigade kit has an electrically powered extendable mast which projects, the surveillance sensors 10 m above the ground. On this mast are mounted:

(1) battle surveillance radar with 3,200 mil azimith coverage which will detect moving targets out to 24 km

(2) electro-optical package with long-range TV camera giving day/night recognition/detection out to 18 km, eye-safe laser range-finder with a range of 10 km and accurate to ? 5 m, and highperformance FUR with all-weather recognition/ identification of targets out to 12 km. The battlefield surveillance radar used in the LAV-25 is the UK Racal Radar Systems MSTAR (Man-portable Surveillance and Target Acquisition Radar) manufactured under licence by Systems and Electronics Inc (SEI), a subsidiary of ESCO Electronic Corporation of the USA.

Navigation equipment fitted includes Digital Compass System (DCS) with driver's and commander's display, DCS interface with PLGR, dead reckoning back-up to PLGR and laser range-finder available on commander's display.
Perhaps some of the range finders can double as designators? I'm not sure. Mobile Radar is pretty cool tho,

however, until someone models the extendable array, it'll have to stay as is I think.

24 km mobile radar on the 2km map, seems legit

We talked about this a year ago, it was one of my long term plans for the coyote, but never got around to it.

Because gamespy was worked around in 1.2, does that mean the CD key is no longer needed?

This is without a doubt the best Battlefield 2 mod available to date and a hundred times more fun than vanilla Battlefield 2 and all spin offs such as BC2, BF3 & BF4 - but please consider removing Xiangshan (map) from the mod itself.

Hura for PR and FH2!!! But there I am still very sad as I am a long time player of Vanilla BF2 and all of the older Battlefield games before BF3 (And even Battlefront 2). EA... I hope you're happy. Anyways, I absolutely love the new Tundra map!
