Default Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http'

After update to version 1.7.0 Critical Error appears after sign in. Details are as follows:

Could not load file or assembly 'System.Net.Http' Version=4.2.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependancies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Error occurs at every attempt to logon.

WRN: Assembly binding logging is turned OFF.

Note: There is some performance penalty associated with assembly bind failure logging.
To turn this feature off, remove the registry value [HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Fusion!EnableLog].

For users running Windows 7:

"With this update [v1.7.4.0] we updated the required .net Framework version to 4.7.2. Make sure this is installed on your system as Windows 7 does not come with it pre-installed."
