Win 7 game crash when updating server list

hello so i succesfully ran Project reality in win 7 after hard time installing dependecies and missing since i have old pc i need to use win 7 so basically this is the crash-log file

i could play in singleplayer normaly but when i try to update list server the game crash an also mumble crash to when running it
mumble: GlobalshorcutWin setcooperativelevel 80070006

i hope there is solution for this errors
