Win 7 Error logging in to the game launcher via Steam.

Hello! As a result of an attempt to log in to Project Reality via Steam, but an error occurs - it does not launch without a VPN at all to the site hq.realitymod.com . Then I try with a VPN - through France. Website hq.realitymod.com I started, logged in, but in the Project Reality launcher itself it did not display that I went in, closed the tab in the Browser, but still, I close the launcher and an error pops up.
