New Sniper Guide

Hello everyone! My name is Rznx and I have recently been putting a lot of time in with a member of the Foxtrot Clan (BattleRhino) from PRTA in making this Sniping guide for the clan. I feel that it should be open to the rest of Project Reality to further improve the gaming experience for some individuals who enjoy sniping! Enjoy!

Very thorough and well organized. You also helped me confirm that damage is constant through distance. What about the damage values for the Mosin-Nagant sniper?
